Token Raffle draw: September 11, 2026 at 11:05:00 a.m. PDT
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ball purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ball was purchased.
Draw will be held at Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club
If more than one ball lands in the hole, those specific balls will be placed in a hat and the winner will be pulled from there. This will happen on site.
All ball holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://wbfheliballdrop2026.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 11, 2026.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the The Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Society.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ball bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No balls will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the The Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
The Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: jkerrigan@whistlerblackcombfoundation.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
